By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which all form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Who We Are
This store is operated by Elisabeth Dunkins, based at Gregorianska gatan 12, Göteborg, 41532, Sweden. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform behind our website. 3. Our Products
We sell digital recipe books, delivered instantly by email after checkout, and printed books, which are made to order and shipped to your door. We do our best to describe and picture everything accurately, though colors and printed appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time; changes never affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer
Our books, recipes, guides, and website content are shared for general information and inspiration only and are not medical or nutritional advice. Elisabeth is a home cook, not a doctor, dietitian, or nutritionist. Nothing we publish is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition.

5. Digital Products & Personal License
When you purchase a digital book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that book for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may store a copy on your own devices and print pages for use in your own kitchen.
You may not share, forward, publish, upload, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute our digital books or their contents, in whole or in part, in any form. Each purchase covers one household. If you think a friend would love one of our books, the kindest thing you can do for our small business is point them to our website.
Digital books are delivered by email immediately after checkout. If your download link does not arrive or does not work, contact us at elisabeth@elisabethsays.com and we will make sure you get your copy.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on our website and confirmed at checkout, where any applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you complete your purchase. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay; there are no hidden fees. Printed books ship with free shipping, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed by secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. For digital books, delivery follows immediately; for printed books, production begins shortly after.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, technical or stock issues, or orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale or redistribution of our books. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method without undue delay, and we will let you know.
8. Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error. If a pricing error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing it further and give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed to without your explicit confirmation.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Digital books arrive instantly by email. Printed books are made to order and shipped with free shipping; processing and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Risk of loss for printed books passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided; if a package is confirmed lost in transit before delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Returns and Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: every book, digital and printed, comes with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Digital books can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, and printed books within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or faulty books are replaced or refunded at no cost to you, without needing to return the damaged copy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Intellectual Property
Everything on this website and in our books — text, recipes, photographs, images, designs, and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. It is made available for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, scrape, or redistribute our books or content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Cooking our recipes for your family and friends is exactly what they are for; republishing or selling them is not.
12. User Content
If you send us comments, reviews, photos of your bakes, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our store and its promotion. If an order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time for such a reason, we will let you know and offer you the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
