QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I receive it?
After checkout, the download information is sent to your email so you can access it on your computer, tablet or phone. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder — that is usually where it hides.
Do I need to buy protein powder?
No, and please do not on my account. There is no commercial protein powder in this book at all. The protein comes from Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour and nut butters.
How much work is each recipe?
Very little. The chocolate Greek yogurt mousse is five ingredients whisked in a bowl and chilled for thirty minutes. Most of the puddings and frozen treats are that sort of thing.
Is it suitable for a nut allergy?
Please read carefully before ordering if nuts are a concern. Almond flour appears in every single muffin and every cake or loaf recipe in the book — seventeen recipes in all — plus several of the cookies and bars. I would not want you to be caught by surprise.
Can I make these dairy-free or egg-free?
In many cases, yes. My notes in the book suggest plain kefir in place of Greek yogurt where dairy is difficult, and a flax egg — one tablespoon of ground flaxseed with three tablespoons of water — in most of the muffin and loaf recipes.
Is anything in the book not vegetarian?
One recipe only: the Lemon Honey Yogurt Panna Cotta, which is set with gelatin. Everything else is vegetarian.
Can I print it?
Yes — it is formatted to print at home if you would rather have it on paper.
Can I read it on more than one device?
Yes — your copy is yours to keep, and it can be opened on your phone, tablet or computer whenever you like.
What if I am not satisfied?
Your satisfaction means everything to me. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 30 days and I will make it right — a full refund, or another solution that works for you.
